Where we ship

At launch, Tiger Hoods ships to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses outside this coverage, or international destinations.

Shipping charges

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Review your delivery address and selected product options before placing your order.

Made-to-order production and delivery

Tiger Hoods apparel is made to order. Production takes place before shipping; production time and carrier transit time are separate. Timing varies by product and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular event or deadline. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and order help

Use the order-status link in your confirmation email for available updates and tracking. For help, email mghharris@gmail.com with your order number.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as you notice an address or order error. We will check whether a change is still possible before production or shipment.

14-day return requests

Contact Tiger Hoods within 14 days of delivery to request help with a defective product or a return because you ordered the wrong size. Email mghharris@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Defective products or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, include clear photos of the item and the issue. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The 20% restocking fee and customer-paid size-return shipping do not apply to confirmed defects or an item or size sent incorrectly by Tiger Hoods. We will provide any necessary return instructions.

Wrong size ordered: store credit only

If you selected the wrong size, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping on these returns.

After the approved return is received and inspected, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the price paid for the returned item, after discounts. The remaining 80% of that item price will be issued as Tiger Hoods store credit, not a refund to the original payment method.

Other returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns for reasons other than those described above, except where required by applicable law.
